This is an amazing fifth wheel! It has true quality construction with so many amazing features. It has FOUR SEASON INSULATION with the ZERO DEGREE TESTED INSULATION PACKAGE! You have great insulation throughout the trailer, that gives you better efficiency for heating and cooling. The job is easily done with the large air-conditioner, an oversized furnace, with supplemental electric heat from the beautiful FIREPLACE. There are so many nice features and options in this fifth wheel! It has tons of storage built in, including great outdoor storage. The layout is wonderful. The whole space is beautiful with rich wood tones and modern decor. There are also large windows throughout giving great natural light that makes the space LIGHT AND BRIGHT. The living room has so much comfy seating including a recliner loveseat, and 2 full length couches. The couches make down into extra beds. All are upholstered in pleather that is easy on the eyes and on clean up. The couches are placed nicely for viewing the entertainment center. The entertainment center has great storage, a HUGE FLAT SCREEN TV, and the lovely fireplace. The flat screen pops up out of the cabinet with the touch of a button. It really makes the space look like home. The kitchen is AMAZING! There is an awesome amount of COUNTERSPACE and STORAGE! All the counters are solid surface. The kitchen also gives nice cabinet space including a great pantry and nice drawer space. The kitchen is fully equipped with, a 4 DOOR FRIDGE/FREEZER, large sink with cutting board cover, 3 burner stove/oven, vent hood, and microwave. The dining table is placed nicely next to the kitchen. The private full bathroom is so functional! It has a HUGE glass enclosed shower, sink/vanity, linen closet, and the commode all in one private room. The bedroom is wonderful as well with a walk around KING BED, and nice closet areas with great storage throughout. There are also washer dryer hook-ups. This fifth wheel is very spacious with a total of 4 slides in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. So you will be comfortable year round.
